Looking for a post office alternative to sending mail?  Many military families like to use Sandboxx!  So what is Sandboxx?

It is a multi-use app for your phone. It is similar to the Instagram format and function but geared towards military members.
Sandboxx is a great way to keep in touch with family and friends while at BMT or when they are deployed.   Many military like it because they can add other service members adn keep in touch after they go through BMT training or a deployment.

In today’s world more and more folks are “mobile” and with the Sandboxx app is a way to connect with folks through social media (like another Facebook or Instagram if you will) but also has a function to allow you to send mail.  When you send mail through the program you then can add any pic that’s already on your phone and it prints it and sends it for you. Sandboxx also includes a stamped envelope so it makes it “easier” for them to reply.

Rest assured, everything Sandboxx builds starts with three key components – security, privacy, and OPSEC.  Since the company was created by veterans, their architecture is more secure than most DOD and banking technologies. They separate themselves from any other social and communications app in this way. Sandboxx uses senior cyber security advisors to supplement their internal engineering team.

You can download the app for free and learn more about it here: https://www.sandboxx.us/

For those that have not yet left for BMT you can download the app and create your account.  Sandboxx can send you a postcard that you fill out once you get to BMT and get your address and then you mail it back to Sandboxx. Once Sandboxx receives it they will then send a message to all your connections and then they’ll be able to send you mail through the app!
