Green belt/Group B: Run 1.5 miles in 11:39-12:53
Yellow belt/Group C: Run 1.5 miles in 12:54-14:25

What if my trainee fails PT?

For trainees that are not meeting the fitness requirements, the Air Force invests in making sure they pass!  If a trainee fails the Final PT test, he/she will be recycled one week into another flight.  This may or may not be the same TRS, but your trainee will be allowed to call with the new address.  However, always remember that NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!  This is why we urge you to get refundable/transferable tickets, or  at least check with your airline/hotel to see what their policies are in case the date changes.

If the trainee passes the next week with the new Flight, he/she will graduate with their new flight.  However, if the trainee fails again, he/she will be allowed to contact you again to let you know the next steps in his/her training.
